PUNCH BALL BALLOON - 15" Suitable for children to play with, to throw around as soft enough to do so, to punch using the elastic band attached to the balloon and generally for the children to have fun with at the party. Available in a range of different colours. Can also be given as a gift at the end of the party instead of a loot bag!! All punch ball balloons are provided fully inflated and tested before the party starts.
