FLASHING LIGHTS LED One flashing LED to be inserted into an 11"+ latex balloon which will provide an extra party / romance feeling for the evening receptions and parties. These flashing lights are only available to purchase alongside helium filled balloons which have been ordered for a venue that is within 10 miles of Abergele as we will have to inflate the balloons and place them inside the balloons.
