TERMS AND CONDITIONS DEPOSITS FOR CAKE AND BALLOONS: A Deposit is required for all cake and balloon orders (and is non-defundable).
PAYMENTS FOR CAKE AND BALLOONS: Payment may be made by: ALTERATIONS TO ORDER FOR CAKE AND BALLOONS: Any alterations to the original order must be confirmed in writing and may be subject to an additional charge. Late amendments to orders are often possible and every effort will be made to accommodate changes, but this cannot be guaranteed.
VENUE DECORATING SERVICES INCLUDING CHAIR COVERS AND OTHER HIRED ITEMS: A 20% holding deposit is required to reserve the booking of the date of your wedding, with full payment becoming due 2 weeks prior to the wedding date. The Hirer is responsible for any loss or damage to the goods, - this includes from time of delivery and set-up at the venue until they are collected by the company’s employees the next day. £10.00 will be charged per Chair Cover, £10.00 per Sash, up to £25.00 for each glasswear for damages or losses. A £50 charge will be made for any damage or loss to the archway. A £20 charge will be made for any damage or loss to the topiary trees and a £50 charge will be made for any damage or loss to the pedestals. A £70.00 charge will be made for any damage or loss to the cake stands also. Charges including delivery and collection will be quoted when order is made if delivery is outside our local area.
In the event of a cancelled booking you will automatically lose your 20% holding deposit. If the booking has already been paid for in full then Mantone's will charge the following cancellation charges: A 30% cancellation charge from the whole amount and refund the difference if within 8 weeks of the wedding date. A 50% cancellation charge from the whole amount and refund the difference if within 6 weeks of the wedding date. A 75% cancellation charge from the whole amount and refund the difference if within 4 weeks of the wedding date. A 100% cancellation charge from the whole amount if within 2 weeks of the wedding date. Final total payment is required in full at least 2 weeks prior to the wedding. If payment is not received within our terms and conditions, we will assume our services are no longer required. A cancellation charge of 25% of the estimated amount will be invoiced. Any unpaid cancellation charges after 30 days of invoice will be passed to a collections agency who will act on behalf of Mantones. Further charges will be added to your account. Should the hirer not order a sample chair cover or request a venue visit/mock up to ensure the chair covers fit, Mantones will not provide a refund or be liable. It is essential the sample chair cover be fitted on the hirer’s venue chairs prior to booking. The hirer must be satisfied with the fabric, design and fit of the chair covers before booking. This also applies to any of the products and services provided by Mantone's e.g. centrepieces etc..... Mantone's will not be liable should an injury occur during the hire of any of our services and equipment. The hirer will be responsible for ensuring the chair covers and sashes are fitted correctly once the event is taking place, to prevent any injury. |
