• 1 x 16" Clear Just Married Latex Balloon with 3 x 5" Latex Soild Balloons inside.
• All helium filled.
• Finished off and displayed in a row with tulle attached to each other.
• Flashing lights draped down from each cloudnine via twinkle ribbon (please refer to the "lights / flashing accessories" category for more information).
